Contest Entry Period
The Mumm Napa® Happening Now Photo Contest (“Contest”) begins on February 23, 2015 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on April 30, 2015 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Entry Period”).


Judging Criteria
All Valid Entries shall be judged by a qualified panel of judges according to the following judging criteria (the “Judging Criteria”):


(#1) Quality of Photo 33%

(#2) Incorporating Product 33%

(#3) Use of Theme 34%


Grand Prize 
A customized “Happening” to take place at a venue in the winner’s city.

Grand Prize includes:round-trip ground transportation for winner and three (3) verified guests(“guests”), pre-dinner hospitality, a three-course meal for the winner and their guests, musical entertainment, and a gift card for $250 spending cash.  (Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize is $4,750)
